Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sticker FX Graphics, most of our products are custom-made to order, designed specifically to each customer’s requirements. Because of this, these items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
We aim to be fully transparent and compliant with UK consumer regulations, so please read the policy below carefully.
1. Custom-Made Products (No Returns)
Custom graphics, personalised designs, or any product manufactured to your specific requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable under UK law.
Before production begins, we provide proofs/mock-ups for approval.
Once approved and production starts, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns.
2. Non-Custom Products (14-Day Return Window)
If you purchase an item that is NOT custom-made, you are entitled to a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive the goods.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us
A full refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We will request photos of the issue and packaging.
Depending on the situation, we will:

Replace the damaged items

Reproduce the defective part

Offer another suitable resolution
This applies to both custom and non-custom items, because defects are our responsibility.
4. Payment Capture for Custom Orders
For custom-made products, payment will only be captured once the item is ready for dispatch, in line with Klarna’s payment regulations.
